User Agreement

• 2.2. The Administration reserves the right to block the User's access to the website in case of violation of the Agreement.

3. Website Services
3.1. The website provides services for creating video designs using AI.
3.2. The User may upload source materials (e.g., images, videos, text) for AI processing.
3.3. The Administration is not responsible for the quality of the source materials provided by the User.
3.4. The results of AI processing may not be perfect and depend on the quality of the input data and the limitations of the technology.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All rights to the software, technologies, and content of the website belong to the Administration.
4.2. The User retains the rights to the source materials uploaded to the website.
4.3. The results of AI processing (finished video designs) become the property of the User after full payment for the services.
5. Payment and Refunds
5.1. The website services are provided on a paid basis. The cost of services is indicated on the website.
5.2. Refunds are possible only if the service was not provided due to the fault of the Administration.
5.3. The Administration is not responsible for errors made by the User when uploading materials or selecting processing parameters.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. The Administration undertakes not to transfer the User's personal data to third parties without their consent, except in cases provided by law.
6.2. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is contained in the website's Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Administration is not liable for any damage caused to the User as a result of using the website or its services.
7.2. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website or its complete compliance with the User's expectations.
8. Changes to the Agreement

9.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be referred to the court at the location of the Administration.
