PUBLIC OFFER
ON THE CONCLUSION OF A SERVICE AGREEMENT
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") constitutes a proposal by Dmitry Aleksandrovich Russkikh (Novosibirsk, TIN 543309141146), hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor," to conclude a service agreement under the terms set forth below.
1.2. The Offer is addressed to individuals and legal entities, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer."
1.3. The Agreement shall be deemed concluded upon the Customer's acceptance of the Offer. Acceptance of the Offer is constituted by the performance of actions aimed at paying for the Contractor's services, including the payment of an advance.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with services for the creation of video content using AI, and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services in the manner and under the conditions specified in the Offer.
2.2. The term for the provision of services: from 1 to 5 business days from the receipt of the advance payment and approval of the technical specifications (TS).
2.3. The cost of services: €200 (two hundred euros).
3. Payment Procedure
3.1. Payment for the services shall be made in the following order:
  • The Customer prepares the technical specifications (TS) and agrees upon them with the Contractor, including the deadlines and preferences.
  • The Customer makes an advance payment €100 (one hundred euros) through the Robokassa payment system.
  • After the Contractor completes the task and the result is approved by the Customer, the Customer pays the remaining amount or €100 (one hundred euros).
  • 3.2. Payment shall be made only in euros through the Robokassa payment system. For payment in rubles, the Customer must contact the Contractor and make the payment via bank transfer.
  • 3.3. After each payment, the Customer receives a receipt confirming the transaction.
4. Refund Terms
4.1. The Contractor undertakes to complete the Customer's technical specifications (TS) in accordance with the agreed terms.
4.2. If the Customer, for subjective reasons, considers the service provided to be of poor quality, they have the right to refuse to pay the second part of the payment (€100). In this case, the advance payment (€100) is non-refundable, as the Contractor has already performed the work and expended time.
4.3. A refund is possible only if the service was not provided due to the fault of the Contractor.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
5.1. The Contractor undertakes to:
  • provide services in accordance with the terms of the Offer and the agreed TS;
  • adhere to the deadlines for the provision of services;
  • ensure the confidentiality of information received from the Customer.
  • 5.2. The Customer undertakes to:
  • provide accurate information necessary for the provision of services;
  • pay for the services in a timely manner in accordance with the terms of the Offer;
  • accept the services provided if they comply with the agreed TS.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. The Parties undertake not to disclose confidential information obtained during the execution of the Agreement.

7. Force Majeure
7.1. The Parties shall be released from liability for non-performance of obligations under the Agreement if such non-performance is caused by force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, actions of state authorities, and other circumstances beyond the control of the Parties.

9. Final Provisions
9.1. This Offer is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
9.2. All disputes arising in connection with the execution of the Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court at the location of the Contractor.
9.3. The Offer comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Contractor's website and remains valid until its withdrawal.
