Terms of cooperation for creating videos using AI

1 - General conditions

The Contractor creates a video using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies based on the terms of reference provided by the Customer. The customer undertakes to provide the most detailed description of their wishes so that the result meets expectations.

2 - Terms of Reference (TOR)

The customer must provide a detailed description of the future video. The more detailed the TK is, the more accurate the result. In the TOR, you must specify:
  • The plot and content of the video:
What exactly should happen in the video?
What actions, events, or scenes should be shown?
Are there any specific characters, objects, or elements that should be depicted?
What emotions or atmosphere should be conveyed?
  • Style and visual performance:
Which style is preferred (realism, animation, abstraction, minimalism, futurism, etc.)?
Are there any examples of works that can be used as a reference?
  • The color scheme:
Which colors should prevail?
Should there be accents on certain shades?
Are there any restrictions on colors?
  • Background and surroundings:
Where does the action take place (nature, city, space, abstract space, etc.)?
What details should be in the background?
  • Characters or objects:
If there are characters, describe their appearance, clothes, emotions, poses.
If these are objects, specify their shape, size, and texture.
  • Movement and animation:
What elements should move (characters, objects, background)?
What is the nature of movement (smooth, sharp, dynamic)?
  • Text and inscriptions:
Should there be text elements (titles, headings, captions)?
Specify the font, size, color, and location of the text.
Do I need a logo (be sure to send a sample).

3 - Edits and improvements

The customer has the right to MAKE ONE small EDIT to the IMAGE before creating the VIDEO. The edit should not drastically change the result that the AI has already created.
If an edit requires significant changes, this is discussed separately and may affect the timing and cost of the work.

After agreeing on the TOR and starting work, making major changes

NOT ALLOWED AND NOT POSSIBLE!

This means that after the approval of the TOR and the start of work, any significant changes to the initially agreed project cannot be made.
These changes include:
Adding new items, objects, characters, or elements that were not specified in the TOR.
Changing the plot, composition, or style of the video.
Adding logos, texts, or graphic elements that were not agreed upon in advance.
Review the color scheme, background, or environment if it drastically changes the original request.
This limitation is due to the fact that the process of creating videos using AI requires strict adherence to the initially set parameters. Making major changes at the completion stage may require a complete revision of the project, which will entail additional time and financial costs.

If the Customer needs to make changes that differ significantly from the approved TOR, this will be considered as a new order and will require a separate discussion of terms and cost.

Why is this important?

To avoid misunderstandings and ensure that the result meets the Customer's expectations as much as possible.
To meet deadlines and not disrupt the video creation process.
To maintain transparency and clarity of cooperation.
The customer is obliged to carefully review his TOR before approving it and make sure that all wishes and requirements are taken into account. After you start working, you can make only ONE small edit, which does not change the overall concept and does not require reworking the project.

Features of working with AI

Creating videos using AI is a complex process that requires interaction between the Performer and the AI.
AI can interpret requests in its own way, so the final result may differ from the Customer's expectations. This is normal, given the specifics of how AI works.
The Contractor does not guarantee 100% compliance of the result with the TOR, but makes every effort to bring it as close as possible to the Customer's expectations.

4 - Prepayment

An advance payment of 50% of the total order price is required to get started.
The remaining 50% is paid after the final result is agreed.

5 - Deadlines

The deadlines for completing an order are discussed individually and depend on the complexity of the TOR and the workload of the Contractor (usually 3-5 days).
The contractor undertakes to comply with the agreed deadlines, but in case of force majeure (technical failures, complexity of processing the AI request), the deadlines may be revised.

6 - Privacy

All order details and personal data of the Customer are kept strictly confidential.

7 - Refusal to cooperate

If the Customer refuses to cooperate after making an advance payment, the advance payment will not be refunded, as it covers the cost of the Contractor's work and time.
In case of refusal or inability to generate TK by the Contractor, the Contractor has the right to refuse cooperation by returning the money to the Customer.

8 - Acceptance of the terms

By starting cooperation and making a payment, the Customer automatically agrees to the above conditions.
If the Customer has any additional questions or suggestions, they will be discussed before the start of work.
